How is my plan decided?
By the number of courts you run. Core covers up to ten, Pro up to twenty, and Enterprise is scoped for larger operators and multi-facility groups. Coaches and members are never charged per seat on any plan.
How does payment processing work?
Payments run on Stripe and the 5% covers processing, so there is no separate gateway fee stacked on top. Coach, facility, and platform shares come out of the same transaction. Payouts land in your own connected account.
Can we cancel or change plans?
Every plan is month-to-month. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from account settings. No term commitment, no early termination fee, and no renewal date you have to remember.
We operate several facilities and clubs. Does that work?
Yes, on Enterprise. One operator can run multiple facilities, and a club can hold access at several of them, each with its own courts, hours, rates, and negotiated terms. Get in touch and we will walk through your structure directly.
